Shipping & Returns Policy

Here is some further information on the shipping process of your order:
- Processing Order: This involves order verification, quality checking and packaging. It is then shipped out within 1-2 business days.
Shipping: After processing your order is then shipped out from the warehouse.
- US orders: Items usually take between 7 and 21 days to arrive.
- International delivery: Usually takes about 15–30 business days.
Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
We have a 30 day no questions asked return policy.
Just sent us back (Priority Mail) the items that you would like to return for an exchange or refund. Once your items are received we will then do a return or refund within 3-5 business days.
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the day of your original purchase please contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.)
Changes on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.
Due to orders involving international shipment, Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.
